What we know about the marriage of Anton Lisko & Mary Fisher is derived from their wedding picture.

The wedding picture was taken in Dzankoj, Crimea, Ukraine. Thus the wedding appears to have been in Crimea, Russia. (Dzankoj location verified by Bern Pavlish). The photographer's name is in the lower right of the picture in the "flair" like writing. His last name is partially cut off.

The exact date and even approximate year of this picture is unknown. Their first child, Isadore Vincent, was born on 15 October 1905 in Simferopol, Crimea, Russia. We believe the wedding preceded this date. If the wedding did, in fact, take place in Crimea, then it was certain to have been on a date before this family arrives in America in December 1905.

Five people are in the wedding picture: Anton Lisko (groom, front right), Mary Fisher (bride, center); Vincent Fisher (Mary’s brother, standing); one young woman; and one middle-aged man.

We can
estimate the year of the wedding by guessing at the ages of the bride and groom and the bride’s brother because we know their birthdates. We can also speculate who the two unknown people in this wedding picture might be.
