Anton was born in 1881 and lived to be 52, Mary lived to be 73 and died in 1959. You be the judge about how old each is in these pictures. (Note: these people below are likely not Anton Lisko & Mary Fisher. Relatives have pointed out that the man does not look like Anton in other pictures and the woman is too old and her dress too old country to probably be Mary who lived to be 73 and died in Dickinson, ND. But these two pictures are the two adult pictures in the Anton & Mary Lisko Family Records picture. So, who are these people? Why are they in that family records picture where the records are clearly for the Anton & Mary Lisko family? The woman could be Anna Kolar, mother of Mary Fisher. But a comparison with an earlier picture of Anna (the picture on this WEB site of Anna Kolar & Isadore Fisher) doesn't match well either. The mouth and nose of Anna Kolar in the picture with Isadore Fisher, her husband, don't match the mouth and nose of the woman below. But this woman could be Anna's mother, Helen Buresh. Who then are these people below? Could the woman be Anna Kolar, mother of Mary Fisher? Could the woman be Kathryn Stanclova (Stancl), mother of Isidore Fisher, paternal grandmother of Mary Fisher? Could the woman be Helen Buresh, mother of Anna Kolar, maternal grandmother of Mary Fisher? Could the man be Anton Fisher, husband of Kathryn Stancl? Family have suggested that this man may be Anton Fisher, father of Gene Fisher, owner of Fisher Industries in Dickinson, ND. Could this be correct? Stay Tuned.
