This opens to the plat map showing roads and land ownership for Clear Creek Township, Eau Claire County. Clear Creek Township [page 16] is the location for Norseville School. Note on the lower left of the map, the O. M. Olson land and the school at the intersection of County D & the road from the east, likely Romundstad Valley Road. Note also the L. N. Hagestad (estate) land just north of O. M. Olson. This is the location of the home that was also the Norseville Post Office and is in use yet today by Rindal family. The Hans E. Hanson land is still in Hanson family today with Gary & Corrine Hanson. Eau Claire County D follows to the south to Trempealeau County D and toward Strum, Wisconsin. This plat map gives more meaning to the older pictures included in our Norseville School section. All other Eau Claire County townships are also accessible from this site. These maps are undated.
