David Wingad b 1822's Wife, Margaret b 1838, Mystery Solved: I found the answer to the mystery of why my mother said David Wingad born 1822 in England was married to Margaret Beaumont but his marriage information lists her as Margaret Green. According to records Margarat Tereissa Beaumont married John Green on November 1, 1853 in Arena, Iowa, WI. She was 15 years old, his age is unknown. Two years later in 1855 she was married to David Wingad who was 17 years her senior. The Wisconsin Marriages, 1836-1930 list John's father as John Green and his mother as Elizabeth Green. This same document lists William W. Beuermont (this is the spelling on the document) and Cinitha Beuermont as Margarat Tereissa Beuermont's parents. The mystery of were there two wifes named Margaret is solved. I don't know if John Green died, was murdered or died of old age since she seemed to married to older men.
