| Provided compliments of Atle Rønning of Oslo, Norway, formerly of Hurdal. These pictures were taken by Atle on 28 December 2006 while visiting his father in Hurdal. This lake is on the west side of Hurdal Valley. This man is Atle's father, Edvard Rønning, of Hurdal. He and Atle caught six fish this date per Atle. The ice was 8 inches thick and it looks like this is the only fishing hole for some distance. This lake is near Edvard's home. These pictures ARE worth at least a thousand words, as they say!
