| This is the Norwegian homestead of Greg's great grandfather, Johann Gustav O. Gulliksrud, born April 26, 1847. Because of a clerical error, most of Johann's descendents of Greg's father's generation have a "c" before the "k" in Gullicksrud. The house was built a few years after Johann emigrated from Norway. Johann's father, Ole, had remarried and had a son younger than Johann. Greg believes the younger son was to inherit the farm. This picture and description and the other three pictures taken by him in February 2001 were provided by Greg Gullicksrud to me in January 2004.
